What is micro-needling, and how is our serum inspired by it?  

Micro-needling is an aesthetic medicine technique that is highly developed in South Korea. It involves creating micro-perforations in skin using fine needles to activate skin regeneration. These micro-perforations stimulate skin’s natural repair process to improve skin quality. Inspired by this cutting-edge technique, we have developed this micro-infused technology, which is inspired by micro-needles. Developed to create micro-channels on the skin's surface, this technology promotes skin's natural regeneration for a more youthful-looking skin*. Our Ginseng Micro Shot Starter and Advanced serums are suitable for everyday use.

How much product should I use and how often?  

We recommend that you apply 1 or 2 pumps of product to the whole face per use. You can adjust the dose according to your tolerance, avoiding applying too much and avoiding the eye contour area. This serum can be used every evening. 

Can I use this product if I have sensitive skin?  

In the interests of comfort and tolerance, this serum is not recommended for use on sensitive skin.  

Ginseng Micro Shot Starter and Advanced serums have been tested on all skin types. Their tolerance on skin has been rigorously evaluated through various tests carried out by our teams. Formulated with our new high-performance micro-infused technology, they may cause a temporary discomfort on application. This reaction is temporary and perfectly normal.  

I feel a discomfort sensation on application. Is this normal?  

As soon as you apply the serum, you may feel a slight discomfort sensation. This sensation diminishes after a few minutes and with repeated use, as your skin gets used to the product. Discontinue use if this feeling persists.  
For adults only. Slight skin discomfort may occur. We recommend that you test this product on a small area of your skin. Do not use on fragile or sensitive skin. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly. Discontinue use if irritation persists. This product contains spicules, which may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the risk of sunburn. Use sunscreen, wear protective clothing and limit sun exposure while using this product. 

Can GINSENG MICRO SHOT’s two concentrations be used one after the other?  

Our new micro-infused technology was developed to create micro-channels on the skin's surface, and promote skin's natural regeneration for a more youthful-looking skin*. Using two products with this technology in succession could pose a risk of skin discomfort or sensitivity. To ensure that our products are effective and well tolerated, we recommend using just one product from this range at a time, then complete your routine with a cream.

Can I switch from the Starter 0.1% to the Advanced 0.3% concentration?  

If your skin is not used to concentrated skincare products such as exfoliants or peels, start with Ginseng Micro Shot Starter 0.1% to give it time to build tolerance. Once your skin has become accustomed to the product and there are no signs of discomfort, you can switch to Ginseng Micro Shot Advanced 0.3% for more concentrated expert skincare.  
 

What is the difference between the two products? 

The two Ginseng Micro Shot Starter 0.1% and Ginseng Micro Shot Advanced 0.3% serums both use micro-infused technology and differ in terms of their concentration of micro-particles, which are inspired by micro-needles. This technology is developed to create micro-channels on the skin's surface and promote skin's natural regeneration for a more youthful-looking skin*

- Visibly acts on skin’s wrinkles, pores, and bounce 

- Ideal if your skin is used to expert concentrated skincare products such as exfoliants and tolerates powerful skincare ingredients well 

How can I incorporate Ginseng Micro Shot into my skincare ritual? 

Replace your usual serum to Ginseng Micro Shot. Apply this expert serum to clean, dry skin in the evening. It is best to avoid other products containing powerful exfoliating ingredients (AHA, BHA, PHA, retinol, etc.) on the same evening to limit skin discomfort. Use sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product. 

What is micro-infused technology?  

Micro-infused is a Korean technology inspired by microneedling, developed to create micro-channels on the skin's surface. You may feel a slight discomfort sensation but this fades after a few minutes and diminishes with repeated use. 
 

Is this product vegan?  

Ginseng Micro Shot is not vegan. To date, we have not identified a vegan alternative capable of reproducing this unique efficacy, Our GINSENG MICRO SHOT STARTER 0.1% and GINSENG MICRO SHOT ADVANCED 0.3% formulas contain 93% natural origin ingredients*

Do the Ginseng Micro Shot serums contain silicones?  

Our Ginseng Micro Shot serums are formulated without silicones.  

Is Ginseng Micro Shot suitable for the eye contour area?  

The eye contour is a particularly fine and sensitive area of the face, where skin reacts more easily. Our Ginseng Micro Shot serums, which are highly concentrated and feature micro-infused technology, are not suitable for this delicate area. We recommend avoiding the eye contour area when applying the serum and using skincare specifically formulated for this area, such as our SKIN THERAPY EYE multi-perfecting eye cream.
