My Delivery

  • Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, it might take us a little longer than usual to process and ship out your orders. We thank you in advance for your patience.     We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the following business day.

    Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

    Erborian ships from the Northeastern USA.

  • Standard shipping within the continental US is free on any order above $35 (not including promotions). Your order must total $35 before tax is applied and after any discounts are applied. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout so you don’t need to input any code.
  • USPS has been selected as our premier delivery service, however some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier. For more information, please email us at USCustomerService@Erborian.com.

    Our standard shipping method is USPS Ground which will take about 5-10 business days from the receipt of your order. Orders shipped with Standard USPS Ground on the East Coast can be expected sooner. For an additional fee, we will provide Express Delivery or Overnight Delivery by UPS.

  • If your tracking information states that your order has been delivered to Dayton, NJ 08810, we regret to inform you that your package has been sent to our warehouse facility. Packages are considered undeliverable and are often sent back due (but not limited) to incomplete/non-existent addresses, addresses lacking forwarding information, or addresses that may be physically obstructed.

  • From time to time, USPS will mark packages as “delivered” when they arrive to their local sorting facility. Because of this, we ask that you please allow the full 6 business days for your package to be delivered to you.
  • Please make sure that you did not use any other offers at the time of checkout. Please note that you must enter a promotional code at checkout in order for you to redeem the promotion. At no time do we offer promotions that are automatically applied at checkout unless you qualify for free shipping. If you are certain we made a mistake, please call us at 1-866-464-3358 anytime Monday through Friday, from 9AM to 5PM EST, or send us an email at USCustomerService@Erborian.com providing your order ID and the promotional code you tried to use.
  • We are sorry to hear that your order is running behind. Please check with the package’s carrier for the latest updates on their order status.

  • We are sorry that your order arrived incomplete or damaged. Erborian takes great care in packaging our orders.

    Please contact our Customer Care team at 1-866-464-3358 anytime Monday through Friday, from 9AM to 5PM EST, or send us an email at USCustomerService@Erborian.com with your order number, details of the damaged or missing items, and any pictures that you may provide and we will investigate this matter further.

  • To track your order, click on "Login/Edit Account" in the top right hand corner. There are two ways to track your order:

    1. If you have an account with Erborian, you can sign into your account and check your order status.
    2. If you checked out as a guest, you can fill in your order number and the email you used for your order and click "Track My Order".
