Registration is free with no purchase necessary. Create an account on usa.erborian.com by clicking on "My account" and following the registration procedure in the "I want to create a new account" section. You will then automatically become part of the Erborian Loyalty Program.

If you already have an Erborian account, you are automatically enrolled.

The Program is open to any individual residing in the United States who has reached the legal age of adulthood in their state of residence. The Program is strictly for your personal use, and only one account per person is allowed. Companies and associations may not participate in the Program.

The Program has 4 status levels based on the total amount of your purchases during a 12-month period (Account Term):

On the day you join, you automatically receive FRIEND status. You do not need to accumulate points to maintain this level.

When your status level changes, you immediately benefit from all advantages associated with the new level. Your points balance remains unchanged, and a new 12-month Account Term starts for calculating the next renewal.

At the end of each 12-month Account Term, your status level is recalculated based on your total spending during that period:

• If you have reached or exceeded your current level's threshold → you keep it
• If you have not reached the threshold → your status is revised down to the level corresponding to your spending

Example: If you spend $180 during Account Term 1, you will attain LOVER level for Account Term 2. If by the end of Account Term 2 you spent only $60, then you will move to BESTIE level for Account Term 3. But if you spent $300 during Account Term 2, you will move to SOULMATE level for the following Account Term.

FRIEND status is maintained without any spending requirement.

The Program includes a referral system allowing you to offer your friends and family a welcome offer. The referral program is open to all Members regardless of their status level.

For the referee (the referred person)

Your referral code is accessible directly in the pop-in displayed after clicking on the referral email link. This code gives you $10 off on a minimum purchase of $40 on your first order on www.usa.erborian.com.

This offer is valid once only, reserved for new customers with no existing account. It cannot be combined with other current offers or promotions, is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and has no monetary value. Not valid with our partner retailers.

For the referrer

You will receive your reward by email the day after your referee's order is dispatched. Your reward consists of a $10 discount voucher valid on a minimum purchase of $40 on www.usa.erborian.com. If your referee does not use their referral code, no reward will be sent to you.

Erborian reserves the right to modify or withdraw the referral program at any time.

You earn points when you are logged into your Account and interact with the brand. Eligible actions include:

• Purchasing products on usa.erborian.com (1 point per dollar spent)
• Creating your Account or registering for the Program (15 welcome points)
• Participating in specific actions offered on the Website (e.g., leaving a review, subscribing to the newsletter) when available

Only interactions expressly indicated as eligible on the Website allow you to earn points. Purchases must be made through your Account, online at usa.erborian.com. Actions and point allocation methods may change throughout the year.

Points are credited to your Account the day after your order is shipped from the warehouse.

Your points can be redeemed for free products or discount vouchers through the rewards catalog. Rewards can only be used with your next purchase on the Website. Free product rewards can only be redeemed in conjunction with the purchase of at least one full-priced item.

The Rewards catalog is subject to change at any time. Rewards are available while supplies last. Erborian reserves the right to replace a Rewards product with another of comparable value. Discount vouchers are not cash and have no independent value unless used as part of a Website purchase. Discount vouchers may not be transferred or sold. One of each Reward per transaction.

Note: the retail value of free product Rewards does not count toward meeting the minimum purchase requirement for free shipping.

Points earned are valid for 12 months from their credit date on your Account. After this period, unused points expire automatically and are permanently lost.

You will receive a reminder email 30 days before your points expire (subject to having agreed to receive Program communications).

Example: Points credited on January 15, 2025, will expire on January 15, 2026.

You can check your points balance at any time:

• Directly on your account at usa.erborian.com — your balance is displayed in the loyalty section of your account dashboard when you are logged in
• On the Loyalty Program page at usa.erborian.com/erborian-seoulmate-loyalty-program

Yes, provided you have entered your date of birth in your profile and agreed to receive Program communications by email.

The birthday gift is sent by email in the form of a promotional code. If you did not receive the email, the code is also accessible on the Program page under "My rewards history." The voucher amount depends on your status level:

• FRIEND: $5 voucher
• BESTIE: $10 voucher
• LOVER: $15 voucher
• SOULMATE: $20 voucher

The voucher is valid for 30 days from your birthday date. It is personal, non-transferable, and can only be used once per year. The birthday gift is not cumulative with other offers in progress. The voucher amount is determined by your status level on the date of your birthday.

Points are credited to your Account the day after your order is shipped from the warehouse. They may not yet appear on your balance.

If your points are still not credited after this delay, please contact our customer service at USCustomerService@erborian.com within 15 days of the purchase, including your first name, last name, email address associated with your Account, the date of the purchase, and the issue encountered.

Points may be deducted from your balance in the following cases:

• If they were credited due to a technical error made by Erborian
• If they were obtained through fraudulent means or other activities that violate these Terms and Conditions
• In case of return or cancellation of the entire purchase; in case of partial return or cancellation, the points corresponding to the non-retained part of the purchase will be deducted
• If they have been redeemed for free products or discount vouchers — such deduction is permanent and cannot be reversed for any reason
• In case of termination of your Program membership for any reason

No. Only purchases made through your Account, online at usa.erborian.com, are eligible to earn points under the Program.

Purchases made at our partner retailers or on other international Erborian websites are not eligible for the Program.

Program Accounts, Rewards, Benefits, and points cannot be transferred, shared, or combined with anyone else. Only the Account associated with a Website purchase can accumulate Benefits and/or points.

Offers and rewards are sent to you by email. To receive Program-related communications, log into your Account and select the option for "Your personalized offers and communications" under "My Account" > "Newsletter" > "Manage your subscriptions".

By registering for the Program, you will not automatically be registered to receive marketing communications — you must opt in separately.

If you unsubscribe from Program-related communications, you will no longer receive emails regarding your Program status or benefits.

Log into your account on usa.erborian.com and access "My information" to update your details at any time. Each Member is solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their personal information.

If you unsubscribe, you will lose all accumulated points, Benefits, unredeemed Rewards, and your status level. You can also exercise your rights regarding your personal data at any time — for more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Erborian reserves the right to modify at any time the Program Benefits, how points are accumulated, Program thresholds and levels, and Rewards, without prior notice, although these changes may affect the value of rewards and/or Benefits already accumulated.

Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated by updating the Program page at usa.erborian.com/erborian-seoulmate-loyalty-program. Your continued participation in the Program after such changes confirms your acceptance of the updates. We invite you to regularly consult the Program Terms and Conditions.
